The cashmere thread is so delicate that machine weaving would break it. Exceptionally soft, light and warm it feels luxurious against the skin and has been described as ‘wearing a cloud’ This large (200cm x 100cm) houndstooth ring shawl in navy and grey combines traditional weaving methods with contemporary design. It is finished with a short fringe in both tones. The signature of the artisan who made it is embroidered in one corner. Hand made in Kashmir.
